Privacy and security policy

Last updated:

iPanic Analyzer processes only the information required to authenticate users, analyze logs, maintain private history, fulfill purchases, provide support and protect the service.

Account and diagnostic data

Account email and profile details support authentication and private history. Panic-log content is processed to generate a diagnosis and may be retained in the user’s private history until deleted.

Repair outcomes

A user may voluntarily report whether a recommendation resolved a fault. Only anonymous aggregate counts by model and signature contribute to evidence; private logs, notes, email and user ID are not made public.

Payments and service providers

Payments are processed by configured payment providers. iPanic Analyzer does not store full card numbers, CVC codes, bank credentials or PayPal passwords.

Operational analytics

Configured analytics receives only funnel events and basic page context. Panic-log content, diagnostic results and customer notes are not included in analytics events.

Your controls

Users can clear analysis history and request account deletion from account settings. Contact support for privacy questions.
