Diagnostic nature
Reports are decision-support tools, not guarantees of a successful repair. Physical inspection and electrical confirmation remain the technician’s responsibility.
Accounts and credits
You are responsible for account security. Credits, introductory offers and payment fulfillment are governed by the terms displayed at purchase and by fraud-prevention controls.
Acceptable use
Do not abuse, reverse engineer, disrupt or attempt to bypass authentication, credit, rate-limit or security controls.
